The project was developed by reviewing the Innovation Plan and defining the areas to focus on (home and personal services). On the basis of these areas, an experiment was built to validate the Jobs to Be Done of customers with different channels. Lean Testing allowed to encode which services to launch on a large scale and with which priority channels
